Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute construction contract amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract No. 8002780 with W. A. Rasic Construction Company, Inc. for the On-Call Sewer and Storm Drain Repair Services, Specification No. 3987, in the amount of $2,000,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $3,200,000.
