M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that pursuant to a public hearing in the Glendale City Council Chambers on April 14, 2026, Agricultural Commissioner of the County of Los Angeles is hereby ordered and directed to abate the nuisances on the properties listed in Exhibit "1" to the Report to Council dated March 10, 2026, incorporated herein by reference, by having the weeds, rubbish and refuse on said properties removed pursuant to this Motion, and the objections presented to the City Council are hereby overruled, except for those objections which have been allowed.
