Moved by Council Member __________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Public Works dated April 21, 2026, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby approves of, and directs staff to implement, the following parking management strategies outlined in the Comprehensive Parking Analysis in the Montrose core districts: increase the on-street hourly parking rate on Honolulu Avenue; expand paid parking to portions of Wickham Way and Broadview Drive; and implement paid parking in City-owned parking lots.
