M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement with Willdan Engineering Inc., California for construction inspection services related to the City’s Water AMI System Replacement Project, in the amount of $462,400. Said agreement shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
