seconded by Council Member __, that the
Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an Operations and Maintenance Agreement between the City of Glendale and the City of Los Angeles for the operation and maintenance of the new San Fernando Road West Extension street and bridge facilities associated with the Doran Street Grade Separation Project, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, and as recommended in the staff report of the Director of Public Works dated April 28, 2026.
