6 RESOLUTION NO. __________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING AND ACCEPTING A PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC STREET AND RAMP PURPOSES INTO THE CITY STREET SYSTEM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The following described parcel of land owned by the City of Glendale shall be dedicated for public street and ramp purposes to become a part of the public street (San Fernando Road West) located North of State Route 134 and Southwesterly boundary of the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission (L.A.C.T.C.) right-of-way (formerly South Pacific Railroad right-of-way) and is accepted into the street system of the City of Glendale:
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Refer to attached Exhibit 1, Legal Descriptions and Maps, said exhibit by reference thereto is made a part hereof. Said property shall become a part of the public street located North of State Route 134 and Southwesterly boundary of the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission (L.A.C.T.C.) right-of-way (formerly South Pacific Railroad right-of-way) as shown on the attached Exhibit 1 maps.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
