7 RESOLUTION NO. __________
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE,
CALIFORNIA, DEDICATING AND ACCEPTING A PORTION OF CITY PROPERTY
FOR STORM DRAIN PURPOSES TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE:
SECTION 1: The following described parcel of land owned by the City of Glendale shall be dedicated for Storm Drain Purposes to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District located North of State Route 134 and Southwesterly boundary of the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission (L.A.C.T.C.) right-of-way (formerly South Pacific Railroad right-of-way):
LEGAL DESCRIPTION
Refer to attached Exhibit 1, Legal Descriptions and Maps, said exhibit by reference thereto is made a part hereof. Said property shall be dedicated for Storm Drain Purposes to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District located North of State Route 134 and Southwesterly boundary of the Los Angeles County Transportation Commission (L.A.C.T.C.) right-of-way (formerly South Pacific Railroad right-of-way) as shown on the attached Exhibit 1 maps.
SECTION 2: The City Clerk is hereby directed to file said Plan in the office of the City Clerk as adopted by this Resolution.
