Moved by Council Member ,
seconded by Council Member , that the Council of
the City of Glendale hereby:
1) Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to enter into and execute PSAs for an initial three-year duration from the date of the contract execution, with an option to extend each PSA annually for up to two (2) additional years, and to execute any necessary amendments thereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney, for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $3,600,000 to be shared among the consultant PSAs with the following firms in their respective disciplines:
a. Carrier Johnson + Culture, Struere, Westgroup Designs, Inc., Malekian & Associates, Inc., PracticeLA, Albert Group Architects, Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., and Infrastructure Architects, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Architectural Services.
b. EPTDESIGN and Albert A. Webb Associates, to provide On-Call Professional Landscape Architectural Services.
c. CWE, Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd., and Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Civil Engineering Services.
d. John A. Martin & Associates, Inc., DCI Engineers, and Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Structural Engineering Services.
e. Budlong & Associates, Inc. and Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Engineering Services.
f. Citadel CPM, Inc., Cumming Management Group, Inc., Z&K Consultants, Inc., Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Maestro Development, LLC, and Omnia Consulting Group, LLC, to provide On-Call Professional Project Management Services.
g. Maestro Development, LLC, Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Z&K Consultants, Inc., Omnia Consulting Group, LLC, Cumming Management Group, Inc., Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd., and CLMI Group, LLC, to provide 1 6

5 On-Call Professional Construction Management Services. h. Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Z&K Consultants, Inc., and Maestro Development, LLC in partnership with The Anaheim Group (TAG), to provide On-Call Professional Inspection Services.
i. Cumming Management Group, Inc. and Omnia Consulting Group, LLC, to provide On-Call Professional Cost Estimating Services.
j. Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Quality Assurance and Quality Control Services.
k. Maestro Development, LLC in partnership with 3QC, and Cumming Management Group, Inc., to provide On-Call Professional Commissioning Services.
l. Carrier Johnson + Culture, to provide On-Call Professional Specification Writing Services.
m. Carrier Johnson + Culture, to provide On-Call Professional Certified Access Specialist (CASp) Services.
n. CLMI Group, LLC, Cumming Management Group, Inc., Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc., Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., and Omnia Consulting Group, LLC, to provide On-Call Professional Staff Augmentation Services.
