MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the April 28, 2026 report of the Director of Community Services & Parks, the Council hereby authorizes the transfer and reprogramming of $31,800 in FY 2025-2026 Modernizing Older Californians Act (MOCA) funding from County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) for provision of the Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP); and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment No. 2 to County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department Contract Subaward Number ENP252604, period July 2025 – June 2026, to accept and implement the funding.
