M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member _________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that with respect to the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated April 28, 2026 (“Report”) regarding the Emergency Housing Choice Voucher Transition Plan, the Council approves the tiered prioritization strategy and approves the deployment of available local and regional resources, HOME, Homeless Services funds, as a temporary subsidy to prevent immediate displacement for the most vulnerable households, as described in the Report.
