M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute Amendment No. 3 to the City’s Professional Services Agreement, Contract No. C105576, with Allegro Development Corporation, a member of ION Group, to provide additional funding for Software License and Service Agreement for maintenance and support services for the Allegro Energy Trading and Risk Management (ETRM) System in the amount of $265,000, increasing the total not-to-exceed amount to $3,383,204. The form of said amendment shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
