RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE
ADOPTING AND AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY FISCAL YEAR 2026-27 ANNUAL PLAN, AND THE 2026 SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN TO THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN
DEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority is required to hold a public hearing to receive testimony on a proposed Annual Plan for fiscal year 2026-27 (“Annual Plan”), and its 2026 Section 8 Administrative Plan (“Administrative Plan”), regarding the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program; and
WHEREAS, the Section 8 Resident Advisory Board has reviewed the Annual Plan and the Administrative Plan.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF GLENDALE, CALIFORNIA THAT:
SECTION 1. The Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2026-27, and the 2026 Administrative Plan are hereby adopted and approved.
SECTION 2. The Executive Director is authorized to submit the Annual Plan, and the 2026 Administrative Plan to the United States Department of Housing and 2 Urban Development and to execute the necessary documents and certifications in connection therewith.
