Moved by Council Member __________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 12, 2026, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to:
1. Execute Project Grant Agreements with the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro) to receive federal Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality Program funds, Measure M Subregional funds, and Metro Local Transit Systems Subcommittee Zero-Emission Vehicle funds associated with the procurement of electric transit buses; and
2. Execute the Project Readiness Certification required by Metro and any related documents necessary to implement, receive, and administer the above-referenced funds.
