Moved by Council Member ____________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that, with respect to the report of the Director of Public Works dated May 13, 2026, the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the Deputy Director of Finance/Purchasing, or a designee, to issue a Purchase Order Contract to Tolar Manufacturing, Inc. in the amount of six hundred eighty-six thousand, four hundred thirty-four dollars ($686,434) for the purchase of thirty-eight (38) bus shelters using the CALACT/Basin Transit Cooperative Agreement.
