Moved by Council Member __________________________________________, seconded by Council Member ________________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
(1) Approves the award a five-year contract for operation of the tennis courts at Glorietta Park, with the option to renew on a year-to-year basis thereafter for up to five additional years, to Vigen Khanlarian and Artak Harutyunyan, as joint contractors, on terms more particularly described in the report of the Director of Community Services & Parks dated May 12, 2026, and authorizes the City Manager to execute the contract; and
(2) Rejects all other proposals submitted in response to the 2026 Request for Proposals for Tennis Operations at Glorietta Park as being less competitive than those submitted by the above-referenced parties.
