Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval to form by the City Attorney - with ARC Construction, Inc., for the Renovation of Fire Station No. 27 Project, as described in Specification No. 4011, in the amount of $979,503, plus a construction reserve of 7.4%, in the amount of $72,659.
