M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that General Pump Company, Inc. of San Dimas, California is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish on-call pump and motor repair services for Glendale Water & Power (GWP) pursuant to Specification No. 4031, and that the bid of General Pump Company, Inc. of San Dimas, California is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power in the Report dated June 9, 2026, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with General Pump Company, Inc. of San Dimas, California for a total not to exceed amount of $400,000. The contract and any amendments thereto shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
