MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________, that, with respect to the June 9, 2026, staff report, the Housing Authority of the City of Glendale hereby:
(1) Approves the reprogramming of undesignated fund balance from Community Development Block Grant funds in the amount of $57,967, awarded by the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to the Elk Mini Park Playground Project in the amount of $57,967;
(2) Authorizes submission of the FY 2020-2021 and 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan Substantial Amendment to HUD; and
(3) Authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all agreements, amendments, certifications, and documents necessary to carry out the reprogramming of funds.
