M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ____________________, seconded by Council Member ________________, that the Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or his designee to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Self Insured Services Company, LLC dba Benefit Coordinators Corporation (BCC) for BenXcel online benefits administration and related services for a five year term beginning October 1, 2026 with two one-year options to extend the agreement, in an amount not to exceed $150,000 for years 1-4, and $155,000 for year 5 and any optional extensions, subject to annual appropriation. Said Professional Services Agreement shall be subject to the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
