MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council hereby approves the Side Letter Agreement between the City of Glendale and the Glendale Police Officers’ Association (“GPOA”) modifying language in the GPOA Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) effective July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027 to clarify the intent of specified special compensation items as described in the Report to Council dated June 23, 2026 (“Report”), including Exhibit 1 thereto. The Side Letter Agreement is set forth in Exhibit 1 to the Report.
