MOTION
Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member , that the Council of the City of Glendale, following a public hearing on the matter, hereby approves a Substantial Amendment to the HOME-ARP Allocation Plan (“Substantial Amendment”) governing resident selection preferences and methods of prioritization for the eleven HOME-ARP- assisted senior units at Parkview Glendale, located at 426 Piedmont Avenue, as further described in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated June 23, 2026 from the Director of Community Development; and authorizes the City Manager or his designee, and/or Community Development Department staff to submit the Substantial Amendment to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and to execute all application materials, agreements, amendments, certifications, and/or documents and/or take any further actions necessary per the Substantial Amendment.
