MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council authorizes the acceptance of FY 2026-2027 Older Americans Act, Net County Cost, Modernizing Older Californians Act and Nutrition Services Incentive Program funding totaling $493,377 from County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department (AD) for the provision of Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP), as set forth in the Report to Council dated June 23, 2026; and authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute Amendment No.3 to the County of Los Angeles Aging and Disabilities Department Contract Subaward Number ENP252604, period July 2026 – June 2027, to accept and implement the funding.
