M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________________, that the City Manager or his designee execute an amendment to the IQ Personnel, Inc. agreement, extending the term by an additional three years to June 30, 2029 and increasing the contracted amount by an additional $189,000 to the new total not-to-exceed amount of $239,000. The amendment shall be subject to the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
