MOTION
Moved by Council Member _____________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes:
1. The City Manager or a designee to execute a Professional Services Agreement with HDR Engineering, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $621,472 for Professional Engineering Services for the Wastewater Master Plan Update and “As-Needed” Wastewater Consulting Services, as more fully described in the Report to the City Council.
2. Said agreement shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
