by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Kalban, Inc. for the District 12 ADA Curb Ramp Installation and Sidewalk Repair Program, Specification No. 4039, in the amount of $2,575,317.00.
2. Authorizes a 20 percent construction reserve, equal to $515,063.
