M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, finds that Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. of Mission Hills, California is the lowest responsive bidder to furnish services for Glendale Water & Power (GWP) Capital Improvement Project No. 26-02, 6-Inch Water Main Extension on the 1800 Block of Marion Drive Project, pursuant to Specification No. 4044, and that the bid of Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. is hereby accepted and approved as recommended by the General Manager of GWP in the report dated June 30, 2026, and that all other bids be, and are, hereby rejected. The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to execute a contract with Williams Pipeline Contractors, Inc. of Mission Hills, California for a total not-to-exceed amount of $103,500, plus a 10% contingency of $10,350. The contract and any amendments thereto shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
