MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that following the appropriation of $809,485 of Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program (PLHA) funds in support of a rehabilitation and expansion of the existing facility of Hamilton Court, a transitional affordable housing project for women and their families affected by domestic violence, as outlined in the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated June 30, 2026 from the Director of Community Development, said funds may be released upon terms and conditions acceptable to and approved by the City Manager and City Attorney.
