MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby directs the City Manager or his designee to apply for or request a waiver for the 20% attorney services requirement from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency to allow use of $350,000 for direct assistance for the Glendale Rental Assistance and Stabilization Program and the remaining approximately $68,000 for limited legal services, renter education, tenant-rights guidance, workshops, referrals, and non-representation attorney support, as set forth in the Joint Report to the Council and Housing Authority dated June 30, 2026 from the Director of Community Development.
