MOTION
Moved by Housing Authority Member ____________________________, seconded by Housing Authority Member ___________________________ that the Executive Director, or his designee, is hereby authorized to amend the previously authorized new Affordable Housing Agreement and all associated documents and attachments thereto (“AHA”), between the Housing Authority and Verdugo Housing Corporation to include a new residual receipts loan totaling $781,000 in PLHA funds, for Phase 3 rehabilitation of Hamilton Court, all as outlined in the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated June 30, 2026 from the Director of Community Development, subject to any Housing Authority comments or modifications. The amended AHA shall be subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
