MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Accepts grant funds in the amount of $476,323 from the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) Cannabis Tax Fund Grant Program; and
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute an agreement with the State of California, Department of California Highway Patrol for the award of funds.
