MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Accepts grant funds in the amount of $10,000 from the Real Estate Fraud Prosecution Trust Fund Program; and
2. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute the necessary agreements, certifications, and other documents required to accept the grant funds.
