MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale finds that Civic News Group, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for legal advertising for the City of Glendale for the Fiscal Year 2026-27, in accordance with Specifications No. 4054, and that the bid of Civic News Group, Inc., as set forth in the Report to Council dated July 21, 2026, is hereby accepted. The Council authorizes the City Manager and the City Clerk to execute an Advertising Agreement Contract on behalf of the City, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
