by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby rejects all bids for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Power Generator Services, Specification No. 4037, and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute a contract amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001441 with Global Power Group, Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of Emergency Power Generator Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of nine hundred sixty-six thousand seven hundred eighty dollars ($966,780).
2. Extend the contract duration by one (1) year to a new expiration date of October 31, 2027.
