by Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby rejects all bids for Citywide Maintenance and Repairs of HVAC Systems Services, Specification No. 4036 and authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to execute an amendment – subject to approval by the City Attorney – to Contract 8001439 with ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. for Citywide Maintenance and Repair of HVAC Systems, as follows:
1. Increase the contract amount by eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000), for a total not-to-exceed amount of three million three hundred twenty three thousand one hundred sixty dollars ($3,323,160).
2. Extend the contract duration by one (1) year to a new expiration date of October 31, 2027.
