M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute Amendment No. 2 to the City’s existing Professional Services Agreement (PSA), contract number 8001327, with TRC Engineers, Inc. (TRC), to add the sum of $250,000 for continued environmental monitoring and mitigation consulting services related to the Scholl Canyon Biogas Renewable Generation Project, for a new contract not-to-exceed amount of $1,750,000 and to further extend the PSA Term beyond the currently authorized contract expiration date of July 28, 2027, and until the final completion of the Scholl Canyon Biogas Renewable Generation Project. The form of said amendment shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
