Mills Act Property Tax Reduction Contracts are only available for owners of properties listed on the Glendale Register of Historic Resources. The deadline for submitting an application for a Mills Act contract is July 31st to ensure recordation by December 31st. Applications will be accepted after that date, but the Planning Division cannot guarantee that the contract will be recorded by year's end.
