A SPECIAL PUBLIC MEETING of the City Council is hereby called to meet at 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 30, 2026, in the Council Chamber, 613 E. Broadway, 2nd Floor, Glendale, CA 91206 to consider the following item(s) of business, to wit;
1. Discussion and Direction to Staff to Prepare Necessary Legislation for Council Consideration to Call a Special Election for November 3, 2026 to Submit to the Voters a One-Quarter Percent (0.25%) Transaction and Use Tax Measure for Public Safety and City Services and Proposed Charter Amendments Pertaining to Civil Service, Fund Accounting, City Clerk/City Treasurer Term Limits and Compensation, and Miscellaneous Cleanup
