Council Member , that the Council of the City
of Glendale authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to enter into and execute Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services Agreement with ReCreate Waste Collaborative, LLC (“ReCreate), Contract No. 8002590 – subject to approval of the City Attorney – to increase the contract amount by four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) for a new total not-to-exceed amount of five hundred ninety-nine thousand four hundred fifteen dollars ($599,415), to extend the term of the contract to June 30, 2029, and to expand Scope of Work as outlined in the Report to Council dated August 25, 2026.
