by Council Member , that the
Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval by the City Attorney – with Southwest Pipeline and Trenchless Corp. for the Fiscal Year 2026 Sewer Lining Project and On-Call Sewer and Storm Drain Lining Services, Specification No. 3976, in the amount of $3,195,606 for a three-year period.
2. Authorizes an option to extend Phase II, On-Call Sewer and Storm Drain Lining Services, for an additional two-year period in an amount not-to-exceed $2,000,000.
