M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby authorizes the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute Changer Order No. 1 to the City’s existing contract with General Pump Company, Inc. for the Glendale High Recycled Water Booster Pump and Motor No. 2 Repair Project (Contract No. 8003377), to extend the contract time to October 14, 2026 and increase the contract amount by $22,000 to a new contract amount of $111,550 for the repair of damaged motor rotor, discovered during disassembly and inspection, as explained in the Report dated August 25, 2026 by the General Manager of Glendale Water & Power Department. The previously approved 10% contingency amount of $8,995 shall remain unchanged. The form of said change order shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
