MOTION
Moved by Council Member _________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________, that following City Council adoption of the Ordinance authorizing five year lease of City owned property to Knowledge Truck, Inc., (DBA The Center for Armenian Arts), and subject to the review and approval as to form by the City Attorney, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to execute the lease which is substantially in the form attached to the September 1, 2026 staff report from the City Manager, which lease, among other terms, includes a base rent of $2,927 per month.
