MOTION
Moved by Council Member ____________________________, seconded by Council Member ___________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale hereby:
1. Accept grant funds in the amount of $352,000 from the State of California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) for the Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP); and
2. Authorize the City Manager, or a designee, to execute the necessary agreements, certification, and other documents required to accept the grant.
