Council Member , that the Council of the City of
Glendale hereby:
1. Authorizes the City Manager, or a designee, to execute a construction contract – subject to approval to form by the City Attorney - with Waisman Construction, Inc., for the Wastewater Shop Space Optimization Project, as described in Specification No. 3969, in the amount of 445,500, plus a construction reserve of 10%, in the amount of $44,550.
