EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The City Treasurer presents for City Council to review and accept the Annual Report of the City’s Portfolios for the fiscal year ending June 2026. Annually, the City of Glendale’s City Treasurer is required to present the Annual Investment Report to the City Council in a public meeting and recommend any changes to the Investment Policy, which was last approved in October of 2025.

RECOMMENDATION
Review and accept the City Treasurer’s annual report of the City’s Portfolios for fiscal year 2025-2026.
ANALYSIS
Key statistics for all Portfolios for the past year: The Portfolios totaled $1.18 billion, down $20 million from last year. The Portfolios rate of return ended at 3.55%, up 20 basis points from 3.35% the previous year. Interest earnings totaled $35.51 million, down $47 thousand from $35.98 million last year.
