M O T I O N
Moved by Council Member ________________________________, seconded by Council Member __________________________________, that the Council of the City of Glendale, hereby authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to enter into and execute a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with Fairbank, Maslin, Maullin, Metz & Associates (FM3), in the not to exceed amount of $115,750, to provide services related to Glendale Water & Power (GWP) customer satisfaction surveys and focus group research as described in the report dated September 29, 2026 by the General Manager of GWP. The form of said PSA shall be subject to approval by the City Attorney.
