MOTION
Moved by Council Member _______________________, seconded by Council Member ____________________________, that, with respect to the report of the director of Community Development dated September 29, 2026, the Council hereby:
(1) Approves the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program funding recommendations;
(2) Authorizes submission of the Glendale FY 2026 CoC Program application to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, as recommended by the Glendale CoC Board; and
(3) Authorizes the City Manager or a designee to execute all applications, agreements, certifications, and other documents necessary to submit the application and, if awarded, accept and implement the grant funds.
