Discussion is limited to Items NOT a Part of this Agenda. Each Speaker is Allowed 5 Minutes. Members of the Housing Authority may Question or Respond to the Speaker, but there will be no Debate or Decision. The Matter may be Referred to Staff Through the Executive Director for Investigation and Report.

7. AUTHORITY MEMBER/STAFF COMMENTS
Housing Authority Member Kassakhian noted that he had asked the City Manager to have staff prepare an update on the Emergency Housing Voucher Program.
City Manager Roubik Golanian stated that staff were prepared to present the update. Housing Supervisor Irina Kassabian provided background on the Emergency Housing Voucher Program and shared the most recent information.
Housing Supervisor Kassabian and City Manager Golanian then responded to questions from Authority Members.
Housing Authority Member Bartrosouf stepped away at 4:25 PM and returned at 4:27 PM.
