Council requested staff to prepare a Resolution amending the Comprehensive Citywide Fee Schedule for the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 to provide that the first 100 applications for mural permits would be charged the “Mural Design Review Fee – Small Commercial Business (up to 10 employees)/Non-profit/standard” rate, regardless of commercial business size, provided that the mural is visible to the public. The proposed Resolution also corrects an inadvertent naming error for two of the mural design review fees to properly reflect Medium Commercial Business and Large Commercial Business. 5d 2
