Moved by Council Member , seconded by Council Member __________, that the City Council has received and reviewed the Joint Report to Council and Housing Authority dated October 6, 2026 from the Director of Community Development regarding the Housing Authority's approval of Ground Lease Amendments and Related Financing Documents for Metropolitan City Lights and Glendale City Lights, and hereby receives, notes and files same.
