MOTION
Moved by Council Member _________________________________, seconded by Council Member _____________________________, that the City Council hereby approves a Side Letter Agreement Modifying Language in the IBEW Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) effective August 1, 2023 to July 31, 2027 regarding the provision of pay for Fiber Optic Cable Splicing, as described in and attached to the October 20. 2026 staff report from the GWP General Manager and the Chief Human Resources Officer.
